SUMMARY:2024 Spring Community Project: "Diaper & Depends Drive" April - May
DESCRIPTION:Here is our first community service project for spring of 2024! \n Fort Lauderdale Diaper Bank hosts monthly free diaper/Depends distributions as well as gives them out at other special events throughout the month.\nThis is a critical and much needed service the Fort Lauderdale Diaper Bank provides to families not just with small children but pregnant mothers and caregivers of elderly or ailing family members. \nPlease see list below of items needed for donation. Bring your packs of diapers or Depends or monetary donations to each of the member meetings March through May. \nIf you want to give a monetary donation:  use button below or make check out to FLWC w/Diaper Drive notated\n\nITEMS NEEDED:\nDiapers: all sizes Newborn thru size 6\n\nWet wipes (refill packages are easiest to distribute)\nPull -Ups: all sizes especially larger toddler (3T-6T)\nPull- Ups: all adult sizes\nSanitary napkins or Leak Pads\nMonetary donations are welcome too\nDonate to “Diaper & Depends Drive”

DESCRIPTION:Ladies!  Would you like to learn how to play American \nMah Jong?  Linda Postyn has offered to teach you!\nMahjong Classes Next 3 Wednesdays! \nMay 8\nMay 15\nMay 22\n2:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the Clubhouse\nAmerican mahjong\, also spelled mah jongg\, is a variant of the Chinese game mahjong. American mahjong is played with four players using mah jongg tiles. The goal of the game is to be the first\, by picking and discarding\, to match one’s tiles to a specific hand from the distributed scorecard. \nAmerican mahjong utilizes racks to hold each player’s tiles\, jokers\, and “Hands and Rules” score cards.
