Established in 1911, the mission of the FLWC is to engage women as volunteers who want to make a recognizable difference in addressing civic, educational, cultural and humanitarian needs in our community and beyond. We promote charitable and educational activities through volunteerism; award scholarships annually to deserving student(s) seeking higher education; coordinate activities with fellow Woman’s Clubs and other local groups; and support local, national, and international charities through money and/or goods. We encourage leadership and participation of women of all ages; and offer programs on health, civic issues, education, art, home/family concerns, and international affairs.
