Join us for Women’s Wellness Month featuring Erica Leonard
Our Health and Wellness Committee is hosting our May Member Luncheon Meeting this month. Our very own Erica Leonard is our speaker! She will be talking about healthy aging, the do’s and don’ts of fitness, superfoods and how to stay young at heart.
Erica Leonard is the owner of Core954 in Fort Lauderdale, she is a certified block therapy specialist and a master classical Pilates instructor. She has been in the fitness world for over 20 years. She’s overcome many obstacles throughout her health and fitness journey, come hear her story and expertise!
