At this luncheon, our members will take center stage, sharing the stories of the books that left a lasting mark on their lives—from childhood favorites to transformative reads discovered along the way. Together, we’ll honor not only our personal journeys but also the Club’s legacy of bringing Fort Lauderdale its very first library.

We invite you to come prepared to share a brief story about your book that moved you most. If you’d like, you are also welcome to bring a copy of the book to hold up when you speak or simply to have at your table.

To guide your reflection, consider these questions:

• How did it change your outlook, education, or self-identity?

Just to add a fun nod to our library and books theme, we plan to go back to school for the luncheon menu, focusing on old school lunchtime favorites!
